摘要
进行了48 kW拖拉机离合器的设计并进行了结构改进:增加一套副离合器操纵系统,节省驾驶员的体力;开有梯形槽的碟形弹簧在制造过程中易产生应力集中,把梯形槽改为弧形槽使离合器寿命大有提高。
This paper describes the design and improvement of 48 kW tractor clutch,too :it can save driver' s physical force to add a set of installation to control the separation of the assistant clutch ; as trapezoid groove is easy to produce concentrated stress in manufacture processing and reduce its life, this paper changes trapezoid groove to arc groove, as a result, clutch life increases greatly.
