摘要
以最少模块数级联型多电平逆变器为研究对象,在分析其输出波形特性的基础上,得出了模块功率器件开关角与逆变器输出电压总谐波畸变率THD的关系,进而提出了控制器件开关角以实现级联型多电平逆变器最小THD控制的策略,并利用求解带不等式约束的最优化方法得到了最小THD控制角。将该控制策略与高频调制策略进行了比较,比较结果说明,采用该策略可明显降低输出电压的总谐波畸变率,且有利于级联型多电平逆变器的高频应用。以工作频率为100kHz的多电平逆变器为例,通过仿真和实验验证了该方案在高频应用的可行性。
The investigated object is a cascade multilevel inverter adopting the least number of module units.Based on the analysis of output waveform characteristic, the relation of MOSFET switching angle and the THD of inverter output voltage is educed and the minimizing THD control is presented,then the optimization method with inequality restriction is adopted to educe the minimizing THD control angle.Finally, the control strategy is compared with high frequency modulating strategy,the comparing result shows that the control strategy ohviously reduces the THD of output voltage and is propitious to the high frequency application of cascade multilevel inverter.The simulation and experiment on 100 kHz multilevel inverter validate the feasibility of the scheme in high frequency application.
