摘要
网络一方面为企业提供了丰富的竞争情报源,另一方面,海量庞杂、迅速发展变化、快速扩散的网络竞争情报也给企业的情报工作带来了困扰。围绕网络环境下企业的竞争情报评价问题,将群决策理论中的多人评价方法结合层次分析法,引入到网络环境下的竞争情报评价中,在构建竞争情报评价指标体系的基础上,系统阐述了网络环境下竞争情报多主体模糊综合评价方法。
Intemet, on the one hand, provides enterprises with rich competitive intelligence sources. On the other hand, the numerous and jumbled competitive intelligences on net, which are developing and spreading rapidly, have brought the enterprises＇ intelligence work harassment. This thesis focuses on the competitive intelligence evaluation of business in the intemet, to introduce the multi - person assessment method of the group- decision theory and AHP （analytic hierarchy process） into the competition intelligence evaluation under the network environment. Based on the construction of competition intelligences＇ evaluation indicator system, it formulated the multiagent fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method of competitive intelligence under the network environment.
