摘要
采用硼酸(H3BO3)和有机硅预聚物反应,合成了聚硼硅烷(BSi),再用BSi与合成的酚醛树脂缩合,制备出聚硼硅氧烷改性酚醛树脂(BSiP)。通过红外光谱对PF、BSi、BSiP的结构进行了分析和表征,用TG对其耐温性进行了考察。并以上述BSiP树脂为基础制备了耐高温胶粘剂,该胶粘剂具有良好的高低温强度。
Polyborosiloxane resins(BSi)were synthesized using H3BO3 and silicone prepolymer, and then modified phenolic resin(BSiP)with the BSi also was synthesized. The synthesized phenolic resin (PF), BSi and BSiP resins were characterized and examined by FT-IR and TG. The results show that PF,BSi and BSiP resins have many excellent properties, especially heat-resistant property, residual weight is higher even at 800 ℃. Based on the study above a kind of high temperature-resistant adhesive was prepared using the BSiP, inorganic fillers and others. The prepared adhesive exhibits high strengths at room temperature and high temperature, the weight loss is only 24.5 % at 800 ℃.
