摘要 从特定的工程背景出发,回顾了对延性材料断裂解释的不同力学原理及各种断裂准则。根据开孔铝合金(Al2024-T35)矩形板断裂试验的数值模拟结果,对比评判了不同断裂准则的适用性和精度。分析结果显示,文献[8]建议的延性材料在应力三轴空间中的裂纹形成准则具有较高精度。 Starting off background of specifically engineering, this article reviewed mechanics theory of yield and fracture in classical mechanics and fracture mechanics and various crack formation criteria of ductile material. On basis of numerical simulation results and experiments of flat rectangular plates ( Al2024 - T35 ) with a circular hole subjected to tensile loads, this article comparatively studied on applicability and precision of various crack formation criteria of ductile material. The analysis results revealed that the crack formation criterion suggested by reference [ 8 ] had sufficient accuracy in forecast crack formation of ductile material in stress triaxiality space.
