摘要
分析罐笼承接、换层时的受力状态,设计出利用弹簧缓冲、油缸作为驱动元件的自动换层阻尼托罐摇台,它能较好地解决矿车进出罐笼、平稳托罐和缓冲停罐的问题,提高井口、井底进出车装备的使用性能和矿井的提升效率。
Analyzes the loading condition during cage-holder and level-jump. Design an Automatic Multi-Life Damping Cage-holder, in this equipment the spring as damper, and the hydraulic'cylinder as actuator are used. It dose well to solve damping and holding problems during vehicle in/out cage, enhance operational performances of equipment and lifting efficiency of mine.
