摘要
目的探讨哈尔滨市社区成人肥胖状况及其与不同血糖代谢状态的相关性。方法2005年3—5月对哈尔滨市两个社区20岁以上常住居民根据年龄分层抽样,对2689名居民的肥胖状况及其与不同血糖代谢状态的相关性进行研究。结果社区居民肥胖(BMI>28kg/m2)患病率为13.05%,腹型肥胖(腰围男性≥85cm,女性≥80cm)患病率为66.05%。肥胖和腹型肥胖均与血糖水平呈正相关(P<0.05),多因素分析显示,腹型肥胖与血糖水平呈正相关(P=0.0039)。结论防治糖尿病要重视肥胖的预防,更要重视腹型肥胖。
Objective To find out the prevalence of adult obesity and its relationship with different metabolic state of blood glucose in population of Harbin community.Methods The cluster stratified random sampling was taken from March to May of 2005 in enrolling 2689 residents aged more than 20 years in two communities of Harbin City,The prevalence of obesity and its correlation with blood glucose were investigated.Results The prevalence rate of obesity in community residents was 13.05 %,and the prevalence rate of abdominal obesity was 66.05 %.The prevalence of obesity was positively correlated with the level of blood glucose （P〈0.05）,especially the abdominal obesity （P=0.0039）.Conclusion It is important to prevent the obesity,especially the abdominal obesity,in order to avoid type 2 diabetes.
