摘要
目的观察老年人消化性溃疡发病情况。方法181例患者经内镜确诊为消化性溃疡,老年组83例,青年组98例,综合分析2组患者的临床资料：诱发因素﹑症状特点﹑伴随疾病﹑溃疡部位﹑并发症﹑治疗与转归等。结果老年人消化性溃疡在诱发因素﹑伴随疾病﹑溃疡部位﹑并发症﹑治疗与转归等方面与青年人有很大的差别。症状不典型,容易发生漏诊和误诊。
Objective To observe the incidence of peptic ulcer in senile patients. Methods 181 cases who diagnosed as peptic ulcer under the endoscope were divided into older age-group （83 cases） and young group （98 cases）. The clinical information such as causative factor, general symptoms, contributory diseases, ulcerous parts, complications, treatment and prognosis of two groups were analyzed. Results Peptic ulcer in senile patients had a big difference with young patients in causative factor, contributory diseases, ulcerous parts, complications, treatment and prognosis, while the symptoms was not typical, which is easily to misdiagnosis and miss diagnosis.
