库尔勒香梨与新梨7号发育过程中可溶性酚类物质含量的变化

摘要 对库尔勒香梨(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.)与新梨7号(Xinli7)发育过程中果实不同部位及枝叶中的可溶性酚类物质含量的变化进行了测定,结果表明:两个梨品种的果实各部分及枝叶中均有可溶性酚类物质存在;两个梨品种的可溶性酚类物质变化趋势较相似;枝叶中的可溶性酚类物质含量较高,果肉中的则最低。 We have determined the changes of soluble phenols content in different parts of fruit and the branch leaves of Kuele pear and Xinli7 during their development process, the result indicated: The two kinds of pears part fruit and branch leaves have soluble phenols, and the tendency of change of two pears'soluble phenols are similar; The soluble phenols content are higher in their branch leaves and are lowest in their pulp.
