丹参抗实验性缺氧能力的探讨

摘要 目的探讨丹参对小鼠缺氧能力的影响。方法选取健康小鼠随机分为两组,一组腹腔注射丹参注射液,一组腹腔注射生理盐水,针对窒息性缺氧、减压性缺氧及整体耗氧量三方面做出测定。结果丹参能显著提高小鼠窒息性缺氧的耐力、减压性缺氧的耐力,能明显降低小鼠整体耗氧量。结论丹参具有明显的抗实验性缺氧能力。 object Discuss the influence of salvia's hypoxia on mouse. Method Choose healthy mouse and divide into two groups randomly, one group are injected with salvia injetction intraperitoneally, another are injected with saline. The purpose is to measure 3 aspects, namely asphyxia hypoxia, decompression hypoxia and overall oxygen consumption. Result Salvia can improve mouse s asphyxia and decompression hypoxia endurance obviously, decrease mouse s overall oxygen consumption. Conclusion Salvia has obvious hypoxia-pilot ability.
