Preparation and Structure of Ti_3Si Nanoparticles with New Phase

摘要 利用机械合金化方法制备Ti-Si合金时,发现样品经历了固溶→非晶→晶化的过程.X射线衍射表明,晶化后的样品为首次发现的新相.利用计算机进行模拟并经理论计算证明,确认该新相是具有面心立方结构的金属间化合物TiSi,并给出了其结构示意图. Ti-Si alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying. The specimen experienced a solid-solution→amorphous→crystallization process. XRD indicated that a new phase was formed for the first time after crystallization. The analysis shows the new phase was face centered cubic structure. The configuration schematic and the unit cell of Ti3Si were given in the paper.
