摘要
简要介绍了模糊PID控制的基本原理,并针对混合自动定量给料器,对该控制器进行了设计;在本系统中,采用的是查表法克服模糊推理时实时计算量大的缺点并选择面积均分去模糊化;就系统程序中不加智能控制算法与系统程序中添加此模糊PID控制算法进行了对比实验,实验证明该控制器有效地提高了定量精度,具有一定的推广价值和实效性。
The fundamental principle of fuzzy - PID was introduced, and the controller for the feeder of the mix automatic ration system was designed. The look - up method was applied to overcome the shortcoming of mass computation and area average was applied to remove fuzziness. Comparison was made between control with and without the fuzzy PID control algorithm. It was proved that this controller increased the ration precision effectively, and had promotion value and effectiveness.
