摘要
在收获时期采集甜菜、玉米和大豆根系,按土壤下层根系与土壤比例加到土壤中,在温度25℃、土壤绝对含水量30%和氮素(0mg/kg、10mg/kg)条件下培养60d。应用平板菌落计数法测定土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌数量,分析大豆、玉米和大豆根系对微生物数量影响。试验结果表明,不同作物根系及施氮量对细菌、真菌有显著影响,而对放线菌影响不显著。
Roots collected at the harvest of sugarbeet,maize and soybean added to the soil according to the roots quantity of sub - soil in 20 - 40cm. After adjusting soil moisture content to 30% and applying N(0mg/kg, 10mg/kg), soil was cultivated for 60d at 25 ℃. The plate coloning count method was applied in this paper to make the measurement of the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomyces. The result indicated that different crop roots or nitrogen amounts added in soil had significant effect on bacterium and fungus, but not on actinomyces.
