摘要
采用移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)处理印染废水二级出水;分析了填料、溶解氧、有机负荷、水力停留时间、温度和pH值等因素对MBBR的影响。试验结果表明,在进水COD为300~600mg/L,曝气量0.55m^3/h,水力停留时间(HRT)为1.5d条件下,MBBR处理后的COD和色度的去除率分别达85%和90%,出水达到GB4287-1992一级排放标准。
Moving Bed Bio-film Reactor (MBBR) was used to treat secondary grade effluent of dyeing and finishing. Effects of filling materials, dissolved oxygen, organic Ioadings, hydraulic retention time (HRT), temperature and pH value et al. on the MBBR was discussed. The results showed that, under conditions of effluent COD 300-600 mg/L, aeration rate 0.55 m^3/h and HRT 1.5d, the removal of COD and color reached 85% and 90% respectively, and effluents reached primary grade discharge standard of GB 4287-1992 after treated by MBBR.
