摘要
石油化工用液氨设备事故多数源自液氨应力腐蚀开裂。文章介绍了液氨设备应力腐蚀开裂的机理,阐述了影响液氨设备应力腐蚀开裂的主要因素,包括材料成分、组织与性能、设备的制造工艺及消除应力热处理工艺、液氨介质中杂质成分、设备使用温度等,总结了防止液氨设备应力腐蚀开裂的方法。
Accidents of liquid ammonia equipment used in petrochemical industry happen mostly due to stress corrosion cracking. This paper introduces the mechanism of stress corrosion cracking of the liquid ammonia equipment, elaborates main factors affecting the stress corrosion cracking, including material composition and performance, equipment manufacture process and stress relief heat treatment process, liquid ammonia medium impurity, equipment working temperature, and summarized the methods preventing the stress corrosion cracking of the liquid ammonia equipment.
