摘要
分析了燃煤电厂湿法烟气脱硫工艺中设置气-气换热器(GGH)存在的利与弊,设置GGH可以提高烟囱出口烟温,减少烟气对烟囱的腐性,但也存在增加系统阻力、加大设备的腐蚀和泄漏、降低运行可靠性、增加初期投资、提高运行维护费用等问题。因此经综合比较,设置GGH的弊大于利。文章以2×300 MW燃煤机组为例,从投资、技术、经济、运行及环保角度对脱硫系统中设置GGH与否进行了比较,可供有关部门制定相关策略时参考。
The advantage and disadvantage of wet flue gas desulfuration (FGD)with gas gas heater(GGH)in coal-fired power plant is analysed.GGH can raise the outlet flue gas temperature of chimney,decrease the corrosion of chimney resulting from the flue gas ,but GGH also can increase the resistance of system,aggravate the corrosion and leakage of equipment,reduce the reliability of operation , increase the initial investment and raise the operation and maintenance cost etc. Through the comprehensive analysis,the disadvantage is greater than advantage for the wet FGD with GGH.with 2 × 300 MW coal-fired units as example,the paper conducts the comparison of wet FGD with GGH or without GGH in ferms of investment,technology,economis,operation and environment protection etc. providing the reference for the relevant departments in making related tactics.
