摘要 研究了医疗垃圾单组分和多组分的热解气化特性以及单组分热解气化和多组分热解气化间的关系.通过热力学的复杂化学平衡分析,结合物料守恒、能量守恒和化学平衡,对医疗垃圾热解气化产物进行预测.通过热天平试验分析了医疗垃圾多组分的热解气化特性,建立了多组分热解气化的表观动力学模型.结果表明,医疗垃圾的热解气化产物分布主要受过量空气系数影响.表观动力学模型结果与试验结果吻合.混合组分的平衡产物分布和表观动力学模型可以通过各单组分的加权平均来得到. This work investigated the pyrolysis and gasification characteristics of multi-component medical waste, as well as the relationship between pyrolysis and gasification of single component and multi-component medical waste. A complex chemical equilibrium analysis based on chemical equilibrium, mass balance and energy balance was done to predict the products from medical waste pyrolysis and gasification. Also, a thermogravimetry analysis system was used to study the pyrolysis and gasification characteristics of multi-component medical waste. Thus a apparent kinetics model for multi-component pyrolysis and gasification was built. The results show that medical waste pyrolysis and gasification production is mainly affected by the excess-air ratio. The results from the predictive model agreed reasonably well with the experimental data. The multi-component production distribution and kinetic model can be derived from the mass-weigh- ted average of single component medical waste pyrolysis and gasification.
