摘要
在综合分析绿色建筑的特点以及绩效评价内涵的基础上,构建了较为全面的综合绩效评价指标体系,采取改进的模糊综合评价方法对指标进行量化处理,并以杭州市绿色建筑实例进行了实证分析。
On the basis of an overall analysis of green bulling, operation features and performance evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation system of green building is set up. Taking the method of improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this system deals with the index data and makes a green bulling in Hangzhou as a ease analysis.
