灰水变频自动加酸系统控制过程分析

摘要 针对某发电厂灰水澄清处理后pH值偏高不符合环保排放标准的问题,对比分析了当前行业内采用的各种自动控制设备的优缺点,设计出了一套安全可靠、操作简单、维护工作量小的灰水变频自动加酸控制系统,重点介绍了该系统变频调节自动加酸测量控制原理及控制过程。 In the light of the problems existed in a power plant after defecating ash-water such as high pH value, the merits and demerits of various automatic control device adopted in power industry are compared and analyzed to meet the requests of environmental protection. Based on which, an automatic frequeney conversion system applied to adding acid to ash-water is designed, which is of safe, reliable, simple and little maintenance work; the measurement principle and process control when automatically adding acid to ash-water based on the frequency conversion control are introduced specially.
