摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳对史氏鲟、西伯利亚鲟、史氏鲟(♀)×西伯利亚鲟(♂)杂交种、史氏鲟(♂)×西伯利亚鲟(♀)杂交种4个群体5种组织(心、肝、肌、眼、肾)的酯酶(EST)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)和乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)3种同工酶进行了分析。结果表明:3种同工酶在各自群体内具有明显的组织特异性;在4个不同鲟鱼群体间也表现出明显的规律性差异,可作为区分这4种鲟鱼的生化遗传标记。
By means of the polyacrylamide gel gradient electrophoresis, three isozymes (EST, MDH and ADH) from five tissues ( kidney, liver, eye, muscle and heart) of Aclpenser Schrencki,Acipenser Baeri ,Aclpenser Schrencki ♀× Acipenser Baeri ♂ ,Aclpenser Schrencki ♂× Acipenser Baeri 2 were studied. The results showed that three isozymes presented obvious tissue specificity ; the specific bands would be suggested as the genetic markers of the four Acipenser.
