消癥注射液对实验性子宫内膜异位症异位内膜Fas、Survivin表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨消癥注射液治疗子宫内膜异位症的机制。[方法]采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法对SD雌性大鼠内膜异位内膜治疗前后进行子宫内膜组织中Fas和Survivin基因表达的测定。[结果]模型组中Fas基因表达的降低,survivin基因表达升高,使其无论在位还是异位内膜的促凋亡能力下降,异位的内膜在盆腔外存活的能力增强,而治疗后消癥注射液和无水乙醇均升高了Fas基因的表达,降低survivin基因表达,两治疗组之间比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05),但不同剂量消癥注射液之间有一定的差别(P<0.05)。[结论]消癥注射液和无水乙醇均能升高了Fas基因的表达,降低survivin基因表达,从而诱导异位内膜细胞调亡的发生,达到治疗目的. [Objective] To explore the mechanism of Xiaozheng(eliminating abdominal mass) injection in treating endometriosis. [Methods] The expression of Fas and Survivin gene of endometrium tissue in SD female rats with endometriosis was determined before and after treatment by fluorescence quantitative PCR. [Results] The Fas gene expression was low and the survivin gene expression was high in rats of model group. The apoptosis-promoting ability was decreased in either normal or ectopic endometrium and the survival ability of the ectopic endometrium outsides the cavity pelvis was enhanced. All Xiaozheng injection and absolute alcohol may increase the Fas gene expression and decrease survivin gene expression after treatment. There wasn't obvious difference between two groups (P〉0.05). But there was obvious difference between different dosage group of Xiaozheng injection (P〈 0.05). [Conclusion] Xiaozheng injection and absolute alcohol may increase Fas gene expression and decrease survivin gene expression which may lead to cell apoptosis of ectopic endometrium and therefore achieve the curative outcome for endometriosis.
