皮肤刺激实验评价自制烤瓷合金的生物相容性 被引量:2

Biocompatibility of self-made ceramic alloy evaluated by cutaneous stimulation experiments

摘要 为检测中科院金属研究所研制的低镍无铍含钛烤瓷合金的生物相容性,于2005-03/08在中国医科大学中心实验室进行皮肤刺激实验。取健康白色家兔12只,背部对称脱毛4块,每块50cm2,24h后一侧滴加自制的Ni-Cr-Ni烤瓷合金浸提液,用一层油纸及两层纱布覆盖,另一侧滴加生理盐水做空白对照。24h后除去残留的供试品,观察局部有无红斑和水肿反应;然后连续涂药7d,观察24,48,72h后的皮肤刺激反应。结果显示Ni-Cr-Ti合金组与空白对照组皮肤刺激实验无差异,皮肤均未出现红斑和水肿,动物生长状态良好。说明这种低镍无铍含钛烤瓷合金对皮肤无刺激,生物相容性良好。 The aim of this study is to detect the biocompatibility of self-made Ni-Gr-Ti ceramic alloy, which was designed and manufactured by the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Cutaneous stimulation experiments were performed in the Central Laboratory of China Medical University between March and August in 2005. Twelve healthy white rabbits were adopted, with symmetrical depilation on the back, 4 pieces in one rabbit and each piece was 50 cm^2. Twenty-four hours later, filter paper was added by dropwise with the educt of self-made Ni-Gr-Ti ceramic alloy on one side of the rabbit's back, and covered with oiled paper (1 layer) and carbasus (2 layers), whereas the other side adding saline served as blank controls. Remnant test samples were removed 24 hours later, so as to observe the appearance of focal erythema and oedema. After the treatment was applied for 7 days, the stimulus response of skin was observed at hours 24, 48 and 72. Results showed no difference between Ni-Gr-Ti alloy group and blank control group by cutaneous stimulation experiments. No erythema or oedema occurred. All animals grew well. The self-made Ni-Gr-Ti ceramic alloy has no cutaneous stimulation and has a satisfactory biocompatibility.
