抗生素环境污染及环境微生物耐药状况 被引量:2

摘要 抗生素自被开发利用以来,对治疗感染性疾病发挥了巨大作用,有效地保障了人类的生命和健康。同时,由于具有抗感染及促进动物生长(antimicrobial growthpromoter,AGP)的双重效应,抗生素更是被大量用于畜牧业和水产养殖业。20世纪70年代以来,抗生素滥用所导致的细菌耐药性已成为威胁临床患者健康的焦点问题,而抗生素滥用对环境和生态的影响近年也开始被关注。下面综述了近年来国内外对抗生素环境污染、环境微生物耐药状况及其对人类健康的潜在危害的研究进展。
