摘要
循环流化床旋风分离器中心筒工作在高温条件下,在热膨胀和冷收缩的过程中容易变形和脱落,分离效果受到极大的影响。对循环流化床锅炉中心筒常见故障和分离效果差的原因进行分析,提出中心筒的改造措施。
The central cylinder of cylone separator of circulating fluidized bed boiler work in high temperature,easy to distort and subside in course of heat expand and cold shrink,the separationg efficiency is affected very much.Analysed the malfunction of the central cylinder of cylone separator of circulating fluidized bed boiler and the reasons of bad separation efficiency,brought forward the renovation for the central cylinder of fluidized bed boiler.
