摘要
随着齿轮传动向高速、重载方向发展,齿轮温度场分析变得越来越重要。齿轮温度场分布不均会直接影响齿轮传动装置的承载能力和稳定运行状态,甚至会直接导致齿轮失效。通过建立大型船用人字齿轮减速器装置齿轮稳态温度场的数学模型,对减速器齿轮本体温度场进行有限元分析,并对计算结果进行综合评价。
With the development of the gear transmission to the high speed and over sis of the temperature.field to gear is important more and more. The asymmetric distributing of the temperature field will affect the carrying capacity and steady work state directly, and it will induce invalidation badly. It analyze the temperature field of the retarder lambdoidal gear by using finite element method through establishing the steady temperature field model of the retarder sub lambdoidal gear of the big type ship. From the results, we can deduce the synthetical estimate for the gear work state.
