摘要
论述了超声波在7050铝合金熔体中发生空化效应的根本原因,依照声压分布规律,运用Matlab数学工具,利用差商迭代法,对空化气泡壁运功Rayleigh-Plesset方程进行了数值计算,总结出在不同初始半径下7050铝合金超声半连铸发生空化效应的范围,归纳出空化效应对合金组织的影响规律,为超声波有效应用于7050铝合金半连铸提供一定的理论指导。
It analyzed the ultrasonic refraction and reflection when it propagated to liquid cavern curve, figured out ultrasonic sound pressure values at liquid cavern curve, discussed primary causes of ultrasonic cavitations effect in 7050 aluminum alloy molten, according to ultrasonic field regularities of distribution, handled Mat lab mathematical tool, utilized difference quotient iteration, and numerical calculated cavitation bubbles moving Rayleigh-Plesset equation, summarized the range of occurring cavitation effect of 7050 aluminum alloy ultrasonic D.C.casting and effect of ultrasonic to ally organization under different initial radius.
