摘要
通过环氧树脂胶粘剂及粘接件在武汉地区的一年大气曝晒试验和力学测试、表面分析等方法,研究了环氧树脂胶粘剂在该气候环境中的老化失效行为规律。结果表明,环氧树脂胶在光照充足、高温高湿季节力学强度和表面光泽度下降较快;水、光照和温度是导致环氧树脂胶粘接失效的重要因素。
The epoxy resin adhesive samples were exposed in Wuhan atmospheric test station. By mechanical test and surface analysis, the weathering regularity of epoxy resin adhesive was discussed. The mechanical properties and glossiness fall down faster in the seasons with abundant light supply, high temperature, and high humidity. Water, light, and temperature are the main factors cau- sing the failure of epoxy resin 'adhesive.
