摘要
简要介绍了热电效应的基本原理,综述了热电材料的种类和研究现状,阐述了热电材料在发电和制冷方面的应用,并指出了随着世界能源危机、环境污染的加剧和研究的不断深入,热电材料的性能将会得到进一步的提高,其应用前景也必将更加广阔。
This paper briefly introduces the fundamentals of thermoelectric effect, reviews species and re- search situation of thermoelectric materials, expounds the application of thermoelectric materials in thermoelectric power generation and cooling, and points out that with exacerbation of the world's enel'gy crisis and the environmental pollution and the continuous in-depth research, the performance of thermoelectric materials will be further enhanced and its application will also become more extensive.
