摘要
随着企业集团化的深入,解决因企业集团的复杂性而带来的公司治理问题,已经成为管理学界和企业界普遍关注的焦点。针对我国企业集团公司治理存在的问题,提出了我国企业集团公司治理模式目标,构建了其内容框架,并对实现我国企业集团公司治理模式提出了对策。
Resolving the issues of corporate governance, which are caused by the complexity of enterprise groups, has become a hot point for both management researchers and enterprise practitioner. The paper puts forward the goal and content frame of corporate governance model of enterprise groups, and brings forward the countermeasures on carrying out the corporate governance model of enterprise groups in China.
