摘要
对我院1986-1996年收治的116例慢性肺心病急性加重期顽固性心衰的相关因素进行了分析.结果表明：引起顽固性心衰的相关因素主要有水电解质平衡紊乱、严重心律失常、洋地黄使用不当、贫血和肺部感染等.经针对某些诱因积极治疗后,心衰相应地得到改善.
The relative factors on 116 cases of stubbom heart failare of chronic cardiorespiratory in acutely aggratvating period were analysed. The results showed that the relative factors which resuluted in stubborn heart failure were mainly the disorder of hydro-electrlyte balance, serious driythmia, improper use of digitalis, anaemia, pulmonry infection etc.. After some inducements had had in view of active treatment, the heaxt failal was well controlled.
