摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了稀土复合固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-2%Sm2O3催化剂,并对以乙酸和辛醇为原料合成乙酸辛酯的反应条件进行了探索。研究表明,当辛醇与乙酸的摩尔比为1∶2,反应时间为6h,反应温度为120℃,催化剂用量为6%辛醇的质量时,酯化率可达91.73%,选择性高达100%。研究发现,该催化剂可重复使用,并能活化再生。 Rare earth composite sold superacid ≥ was prepared by copreciptation method.The catalyst had high catalytic activity in the synthesis of octyl acetate. The factors influencing the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 120℃, the reaction time was 6h, the tool ratio of octanol to acetic acid was 1:2 and the use level of ≥was 6% of the mass of octanol. Under above mentioned reaction conditions, the esterification yield of octyl acetate could reach 91.73%, its reaction preference could reach 100%. In the process of experiment, we discovered that the catalyst had good reusability, it could be activated and revivified.
