摘要
从高吸水树脂水凝胶的吸水溶胀率、保水性能和产物溶解率角度对目前高吸水树脂水凝胶的各种合成工艺优势与存在的问题、结构性能表征方法的现状与存在的问题进行了综述与分析,指出建立一个客观的吸水与保水性能评价标准是进行改善高吸水树脂性能研究的重要前提,而开发出反应过程简单易控、聚合产物更易从反应器中分离、减少三废排放和能耗的清洁生产工艺会对高吸水树脂生产走向大规模产业化起到重要的促进作用。
This paper discusses the advantages and problems in the preparation processes of superabsorbent hydrogel from the perspectives of swelling ratio, water retention performance and dissolving rate. It also analyzes the problems of characterization of hydrogel structure and performance in light of the summary of current research on it. In conclusion, it is important to constitute an objective test criterion for water absorption and water retention of superabsorbent hydrogel in order to deepen the research in this field. And it is necessary to develop a preparation process of superabsorbent, in which reaction conditions are easy to be controlled, the product is easy to be separated from the reactor, and the discharge of wastes and the expenditure of energy are low, in order to improve the industrial scale of preparing superabsorbent resin.
