摘要
现行的普通高校公体课是以西方体育课程内容为主,忽视学生身心和谐发展以及社会适应能力与道德渗透,导致普通高校公体课不能实现其预期的课程目标。民俗体育课程资源引入普通高校公体课的价值有:形成刚柔相济的体育文化精神;培养良好的道德和社会适应能力;提升学生的审美能力;传承民族文化,形成文化自觉。优势是:简单易学、生动有趣,能唤起学生对体育学习的欲望;娱乐性、表演性强,能使学生愉悦身心,提高自信心;场地设备条件不受限制,可以节约经费投入;贴近生活、可以形成终身体育意识和能力。
Competitive athletics has played a major role in university P.E course,the harmonious development of students' mind and body and their abilities adapting to the society and the moral penetration have been neglected,so the anticipant goals of the course can not be realized.The values of introducing it are as follows:form the athletic culture spirit tempering toughness with gentleness;cultivate the good morals and abilities adapting to society;promote students' ability of appreciation;pass down the national culture and form the awareness of the culture.The advantages of introducing the resource of fork athletics in university PE course are as follows:it is easy to learn and it is vivid and interesting and can arouse students' desire to study;it has entertaining and performing qualities and can make the students' mind and body delighted,thus increase their self-confidence;it will not be restricted by the fields and equipments and can reduce the expenditure;it is close to life and can form life-long athletic consciousness and ability.
