基于混沌优化的交流调速系统控制研究

摘要 针对交流调速系统高精度、快响应的要求,提出了基于模拟退火策略的混沌优化算法的模糊神经网络控制方案。采用混沌粗搜索与细搜索相结合的优化策略,对模糊神经网络控制器中的参数进行搜索和优化,给出了具体设计方法和优化步骤。仿真与实验结果表明,该控制方法用于交流调速系统具有无振荡、无超调以及较高的精度和较强的鲁棒性、抗干扰能力等优点。 Aiming at the requirements of high accuracy and fast response for AC speed regulation system, chaotic optimization algorithm fuzzy neural network control plan based on analog annealing strategy was raised. With adoption of chaotic rough search and fine search combined optimized strategy to carry out search and optimization for parameters in fuzzy neural network controller, giving out actual design method and optimization steps. Simulation and experiment results show that the control method applied in AC speed regulation system is with without vibration, without over regulation and with high accuracy and stronger robust and anti-interferences.
