摘要
针对目前稠油热采消耗大量的优质燃料油,而煤焦油市场的主要产品高温煤焦油却不能直接调制燃料油的问题,采用辽宁石油化工大学研制的FSJH-Ⅱ工艺装置,在小试反应基础上,反应温度为410℃,反应压力为0.2MPa,注水量为8%的条件下,使高温煤焦油热裂化产生10.59%的气体和2.0%的焦炭。小于360℃馏分收率达30.9%,可用于调制2#燃料油;大于360℃馏分(主要产品)收率为65.9%,可用于调制锅炉燃料油。由于高温煤焦油密度大,含有大量的稠环芳烃,在加工过程中产生一定量的焦炭,从而造成反应器有一定的结焦,使生产周期缩短。
Present heavy oil thermal recovery consumes a large amount of high grade fuel oil, while high-temperature coal tar oil can not be directly made into fuel oil. The FSJH-Ⅱ unit developed by Liaoning Petrochemical University is used for thermal cracking of high-temperature coal tar oil based on experimental reaction at temperature of 410℃, pressure of 0.2 MPa and water injection of 8%, and produces 10.59% of gas and 2.0% of coke. The recovery rate of the fractions lower than 360℃ is 30.9%, which can be used for making 2# fuel oil; and the recovery rate of the fractions higher than 360℃ (main products) is 65.9%, which can be used for making boiler fuel oil. High-temperature coal tar oil has high density and contains a lot of condensed nuclei aromatics, so that it will produced certain amount of coke during processing, resulting in agglomerating in reactor and shorter production cycle.
