摘要 瑞芬太尼是一种新型的阿片μ受体激动剂,药效强、起效迅速、副作用小、剂量容易控制,代谢不依赖于器官功能,能安全用于老年人的麻醉,对老年人血流动力学、呼吸、中枢神经、认知功能的影响均较小,适用于老年人各种大手术,尤其是门诊手术的麻醉。本文综述了瑞芬太尼应用于老年人麻醉的药理学特性、对老年人机体的影响及其临床应用现状。 Remifentanil is a new type of-opioid receptor agonist with strong pharmacodynamics, and the rapid onset of action, little side effects, easy controlled dosage, metabolism out of organ capacity, which has been demonstrated to be safe in anesthesia for the aged patients, less influence in hemodynamics, respiratory, central nervous system and cognitive function for the aged. It has been applied in various big surgery for the elder, especially outpatient surgery anesthesia. This article reviewed its pharmacological characteristicsits, side effects and clinical experiences in anesthesia for the aged patients.
