摘要
就业形势决定于劳动力的供给和需求状况。实践表明,人口因素、劳动者的受教育水平、职业培训、经济发展状况等因素,都从不同的方面影响到劳动力供给、劳动力需求和劳动力资源的配置方式,从而进一步影响就业的状况。本文通过分析青海省劳动力市场的供求状况,从中揭示了青海省就业压力的主要制约因素。
The employment position depend on the supply of work force and the status of requirement. Practice indicate that population, educational level of laborer, occupational training and the situation of economic development and so on , they influencing on supply of work force , demand of work force and the allocational way of human resources ,and then influencing on employment status. In this article, the author reveal the factors of restricting employment of Qinghai Province through analyzing the states of supply and demand of Qinghai work force market .
