摘要
《酶工程》是我国高等院校生物工程和生物技术专业的重要专业课程。作者结合几年的实际教学经验,从以下三个方面探讨了如何做好工科院校《酶工程》的教学工作,即在教材选择、课程内容设置及教学方法方面体现工科特色,注重理论教学与实验教学及实习教学的衔接,充实本学科的前沿教学内容。以上措施较好地提高了学生的学习积极性和主动性,并使学生的工程素质得到了一定程度的训练。
Enzyme engineering is one of the main courses for majors of biotechnology and bioengineering at colleges or universities in our country. Based on our own teaching experiences, the authors focused on the following aspects to discuss how to improve teaching process in engineering university. The first one was the embodiment of engineering characteristic in the material selection, the content of the course arrangement and teaching methodology. The second was the association of the theories content with experiments and practice. The last one was the enrichment of the latest knowledge of enzyme engineering fields in teaching process. With these aspects, the students' interests and go-aheadisms were arosed and the engineering qualities were trained in some extent.
