摘要
为了及时分析和有效控制织物的疵点,采用VFP6.0建立了织疵分析与管理专家系统,介绍了系统的总体结构和数据存储形式、推理机制等内容。该系统能实现各种质量指标的统计与分析,对产生率高的疵点进行产生原因的诊断、推理,得出消除疵点的方法,并能准确地确定疵点的评分。结果表明,该系统通过在某工厂的实验,疵点的推断准确率为95%以上,节省疵点的分析时间三分之二,提高下机一等品率5%~10%。
In order to analyze and control the texture defects efficiently, the Expert System on analysis and management of texture defects was developed based on Visual FowPro 6.0. The structure of this system, data storage format and reasoning mechanism were introduced. This system could carry out statistics and analysis of various quality indicators, diagnose the reason for texture defects that appeared frequently, infer the way to reduce the defects, and determine the grade accurately. This system was tested in a certain factory, and results showed that the accuracy of texture defect inference was over 95%, with over two-thirds reduce of analysis time and 5%-10% improve of first-class goods rate.
