摘要
对吉林省延边男子足球后备人才的培养体系、训练与竞赛管理、教练员队伍状况及影响延边足球后备人才培养与管理体制、硬件设施、教育体制等因素进行调查研究,分析其存在的主要问题,并对构建延边足球后备人才的培养做出一个新的设想,为延边足球运动的进一步发展提供参考理论和决策依据。
By the studying methods of the investigation of literal materials,questionnaire,field survey,expect interview and so on,this paper focus on the research about the training system of Jinlin Province Yanbian reserve men soccer,the training and the competitive mangagement,the coach troop condition,as well as the factors that affect the training of Yanbian reserve men s soccer,management system,hardware facility,education system,analyses its existing main question and makes a new plan on constructing the raise system of Yanbian reserve men＇s soccer,provides the reference theory and the policy - making basis for the Yanbian soccer movement further development.
