摘要
力量训练时的速度和功率的变化,反映了运动员的力量耐力水平,通过控制运动员完成每次动作的速度和输出功率,可以有效的提高运动员的力量耐力水平。本文通过研制的力量素质测试设备,对武汉体育学院赛艇运动员最常用、最简单的负重深蹲25kg,4min力量训练手段进行了测试。
The rowing is an item for the most part of the endurance and an athlete quality is directly detemines by the endurance of strength condition.The variety of the power and the speed in the train, reflect the athlete' s endurance of strength level, to control the speed and the output power when the athlete completely acted each time, we can improve the athlete' s endurance of strength level effectively. In this text, we have tested Wuhan Institute of P. E.' s woman' s open rowing who is trained in the most in common use and the most simple way of squatting down and standing up bearing a heavy burden (30kg,4min) with the physical strength equipment which researched and produced by ourselves.
