摘要 新一轮课程改革在民族地区实施后,少数民族文化课程资源开发的教育价值开始受到人们的重视。但作为民族地区基础教育的一件新事物,目前民族文化课程资源开发在实施过程中存在着很多问题:课程管理不到位,教育观念落后,教师课程资源开发技能欠缺,缺乏课程开发文化支持等。为保证少数民族文化课程资源开发顺利实施,必须树立多元文化教育理念,完善管理制度,提高教师培训效果,加强教育科研。 After the implementation of new course reform in national minority region, the development of the national cultural curriculum resources has already been caused attention. But, as a new thing in the minority region, there are still a lot of problems currently, such as the inefficient course management, out-of-date educational idea, teacher's lack of curriculum resources exploitation skills, shortage of cultural support for course exploitation. In order to guarantee the implementation of national minority culture curriculum resources development, We should set up multicultural education principle, perfect management system, exalt teachers' training effect, and strengthen education research.
