乳癌组织中细胞周期素G的表达

摘要 目的:探讨乳癌组织中细胞周期素G(Cyclin G)的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测88例乳癌组织及40例非癌区乳腺组织中Cyclin G的表达情况,并分析其与相关临床病理指标的关系。结果:乳癌组织和非癌区乳腺组织中Cyclin G的阳性表达率分别为38.6%、2.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳癌组织中Cyclin G的过表达与肿瘤大小、组织学分级及P53的表达无关,而与淋巴结转移、绝经状态、激素受体有关(P<0.05)。结论:Cyclin G的异常表达可能与乳癌的发生、发展有关,可作为判断乳癌淋巴结转移倾向的参考指标。 Aim:To investigate the expression of Cyclin G in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods:The expression of Cyclin G was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 88 cases of breast cancer tissue and 40 cases of adjacent normal breast tissue ,and its correlation with the clinical-pathological features was analyzed. Results :The positive rate of Cyclin G was 38.6% in breast cancer tissue and 2.5% in adjacent normal breast tissue,and there was significant difference between the two groups( P 〈 0.05 ). The over-expression of Cyclin G was not correlated with tumor size, histological grade and expression of P53 (P 〉 0.05 ) in breast cancer tissue,but correlated with lymph node metastasis, menopausal status and hormone receptor status ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The over-expression of Cyclin G is probably correlated with the occurrence and development of breast cancer,and it can be servea as an index for the tendency of lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
