摘要
目的:观察生精中药对精索静脉曲张大鼠生殖作用的影响。方法:90只大鼠随机分为3组,假手术组只开腹不做肾静脉结扎,模型组和生精中药组均建立精索静脉曲张模型。造模完成后15d,生精中药组给予灌喂生精中药4 g/(kg·d),其他2组给予正常饮食。30d后测定各组大鼠血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T),观察大鼠睾丸及附睾组织结构。结果:生精中药组血清T水平明显高于模型组,FSH与LH水平明显低于模型组(P均<0.05);光镜下大鼠睾丸及附睾组织结构优于模型组。结论:生精中药可以保护及修复功能受损的睾丸及附睾组织。
Aim ： To study the effect of Shengjing Chinese crude drug on the reproductive function of rats with varicoeele. Mothods：A total of 90 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. The left renal rein was only separated but not ligated in sham-operated group. Both model group and Chinese crude drug group were established varieoeele model. After 15 days, Chinese crude drug group was given Chinese crude drug at 4 g/（kg · d）. After 30 days,serum FSH,LH, and T were determined and constitution of testes and epididymis was observed under light microscope. Results： In Chinese crude drug group, the level of serum T was significantly higher than that of model group, and the levels of serum FSH and LH were lower （P 〈 0.05） ;the constitution of testes and epididymis was better than that of model group. Conclusion ： Shengjing Chinese crude drug could protect testes and epididymis in rats with varicocele from injury,and even repair the injury.
