通过对医学工程技术人员德、能、勤和业绩进行效绩评估评估的探讨,其目的是完善对医院工程技术人员的激励举措,使工程技术人员保持他们良好的做法,改变不良行为。为工程技术人员今后的发展和培训提供依据,真正促进医学工程学科的发展。
This text means to explore the way of measuring the achievement of medical engineering staff through evaluating the level of medical moral, personal competence, personal beneficial result and the attitude of service.Its aim to perfect the measures of inspiring their working will, make them keep a good working practice, alter their personal unhealthy actions and provide the methods for the future personal development and cultivation.So we can really set up a foundation to promote the development of the department of medical engineering equipment.
