摘要
以云芝(Trametes versicolor)1126发酵所得漆酶粗酶液与1-羟基苯并三唑(HBT)组成的漆酶/HBT介质系统对靛蓝染料进行脱色实验,分别考察了温度、转速、pH和HBT与漆酶的加入量等条件对靛蓝染料脱色的影响。最终确定的优化脱色条件为:温度60℃,转速200r/min,pH4.5,100mL靛蓝染料"溶液"中粗酶液和HBT溶液分别加入2mL。以上述脱色条件对靛蓝印染废水进行脱色实验,反应80min,脱色率可达90.1%。
The degradation of the indigo dye with a laccase/HBT mediator system was studied. The mediator system was composed of laccase from Trarnetes versicolor 1126 and 1-hydroxy benzotriazole (HBT). The effects of temperature, rotational speed,initial pH, the dosage of enzyme and HBT on the decolorization of indigo dye were also tested. The optimal condition was obtained as follows: temperature at 60 ℃, rotational speed of 200 r/min, pH at 4.5,crude laccase of 2 mL/100 mL, and HBT solution of 2 mL/100 mL. The decolorization experiments of indigo wastewater were conducted under the optimal condition. The results showed that the decolorization rate reached 90.1G in 80 min.
