气扫式膜蒸馏过程的通量影响因素研究

摘要 对气扫式膜蒸馏法的热量和质量传递机理进行了研究,建立了该过程的热量和质量传递模型,并对模型进行了计算,得出了吹扫气流速、进料温度、进料浓度对膜通量的影响,并与实验结果进行了比较.结果表明模型计算值与实验值非常接近,其变化趋势为:随吹扫气流速的升高,通量先增加然后趋近于平衡.进料温度越高通量越高.进料浓度对通量的影响明显,随进料浓度的增加,通量呈指数倍下降. The heat-transter and mass-transter through hydrophobic microporous membrane in sweeping gas membrane distillation was studied. A model of heat-transter and mass-transfer was constructed and solved. The effects of sweeping gas velocity, feed temperature and feed flux on membrane flux were tested. The calculated membrane flux was compared with partial measured membrane flux. The experimental results show that the calculated value was near to the measured one. Higher sweeping velocity led to higher flux. With increasing feed temperature the flux was increased clearly. With the higher feed concentration the less flux was achieved.
