摘要
通过探讨高师与中小学合作的意义、目标、内容、组织方式、在合作中遇到问题及保障措施等,试图找到高师与中小学合作,共同提高教师教育质量的途径、策略,高师与中小学合作,真正实现教师教育职前培养和职后培训的一体化。
The research is conducted into the implication, purpose, content, management, problems emerging in the process and counter measures in the collaboration between normal teaching college and primary & secondary schools. Efforts have been devoted in order to seek out methods and strategy leading to reciprocal improvement of teaching quality from that collaboration. The integration of pre-career education and mid-career training to teachers thus is realized in the collaboration between normal teaching college and primary & secondary schools.
