几种中空纤维膜对氧气、环氧丙烷透过性的比较 被引量:1

摘要 为选定适合于气-固-液三相生物反应过程膜反应器中的膜材料,采用氧电极测试了几种收集到的聚砜、聚丙烯及聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜对氧气的通透性,其中的聚丙烯中空纤维适于做膜生物反应器中的透气膜.同时还测定了聚砜、聚偏氟乙烯和聚丙烯腈膜对水溶液中环氧丙烷的通透性,在实验条件下它们之间的差异不大. Several types of hollow fiber bioreactors for propylene epoxidation by methane monooxygenase were designed and set up. In order to select suitable membranes dissolved oxygen electrode, was used to measure the oxygen permeabilities from lumen to shell side.The microporous polypropylene hollow fiber, ultrafiltration polysulfone hollow fiber and microporous polyvinylidenefluoride hollow fiber were compared. It was found that the polypropylene hollow fiber was most suitable for gas permeating in MBR. Also the permeabilities of propene oxide in shell side solution into lumen flux of polyvinylidenefluoride hollow fiber, polysulfone hollow fiber, polyacrylonitrile hollow fiber were compared. Under the experimental conditions, the differences among these hollow fibers were little.
