摘要
以桔梗花为实验材料,利用五元二次正交旋转实验设计法对桔梗花多糖提取条件进行研究,并通过回归方程和Matlab应用程序处理数据,得到了最佳提取工艺.验证实验中多糖得率达到7.26%,与模型预测值无显著性差异,证明了研究所建模型稳定可靠.
With Platycodon Grandiflorum flowers as experiment material, applying the quadratic orthogonal rotation design with five factors, the conditions of extracting polyoses were studied. The data were analyzed through SAS and Matlab software. The optimal extracting conditions were determined. The experimental results show that the yield rate of polyoses was up to 7.26%. The adequacy of this model was confirmed.
